Artist - Part 14 - Wall of Shame

This is a photo of my studio just before I took my current paintings off the wall (some to be framed and others are just out the door). Now that these paintings are gone my studio walls seem bare. I have nothing really to use as a reference but old studies and web images. The eight paintings in the photo are the successful ones, two didn’t make it and one got painted over. But all is not lost!... I just finished another painting on the weekend and I am about to start another one. I am trying to get four paintings done a month. So by the holidays I hope to have my studio walls filled again. Actually, now that I think about it, the colour mixing charts plus the paintings represent a years worth of painting work! Next on my list is to get rid of more non-oil painting equipment/supplies and books to make room for more still life objects.
